• COST FOR CREDIT REPORT: $30 PER ADULT APPLICANT QUALIFYING ON LEASE. IF
  MARRIED OVER 2 YRS, $30.00/COUPLE. THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE FEE.

• Minimum of (4) recent months check stubs along with Dec 2014 check stub as well (to
  show YTD figures for last year)

• TWO MONTHS BANK STATEMENTS TO CONIFRM SUFFICIENT FUNDS FOR DEPOSIT &
  FIRST MONTHS RENT.

• Any alimony or child support that you want considered you must provide court order
  showing stipulation, and 2 years of proof of timely payments (copies of checks deposited).
  If Self-Employed, must additionally provide 2 most recent years of Income Tax Filings, and 
  copy of 2 years bank statements.

• Tenants will be required to have PROOF of Renters Insurance prior to occupancy.
